On our canoe trip through the locks in July 2020. Mr. Devine was gracious enough to take time before a personal vacation to talk to Troop 14G about the Erie Canal At the Erie Canal Discovery Center. By doing so Mr. Devine helped Troop1 4G meet the requirements of the Historic Trail Award Patch and learn about the Locks at the same time
